Here they are. Seven all together:

Battle Theme-II (http://forums.ichigos.com/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=11789)
James Greterman (Gnomish)

Main Theme (http://www.mediashrine.com/compositions/mp3/Main%20Theme.mp3)
Christian Erhamo (Noir7)

Pont Commun (http://forums.ichigos.com/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=12121)
Michael L. Wyatt (Alfonso de Sabio)

Spectrum (http://solsar.com/~spoonpuppet/spectrums.mp3)
Sarah (spoonpuppet)

Exp (http://www.boomspeed.com/demonsword/exp.MID)
SaintSavage

Evangeline's Theme - Pale Surrender (http://www2.hawaii.edu/~yagomich/compositions/evangelinestheme-palesurrender.mid)
Michael R. Yago (michael)

Kuro Zankoku (http://home.comcast.net/~ninjaturtle/Kuro_Zankoku.mp3)
William He and Thomas Kennedy (Mariachi)

Please listen to ALL ENTRIES before voting to be completely fair to all the composers who have entered. Also, please consider the differences in MIDI and MP3 formats, and how these formats should have very little or no influence on your vote. Good luck!

This poll will close on Saturday, July 10th, 11:59 PM HST (GMT - 10:00). This thread is open for comments. I'm sure they'll be greatly appreciated.

Battle Theme-II ~ James Greterman (Gnomish)
It sounded good. But that's it. Just good.

Main Theme ~ Christian Erhamo (Noir7)
Very pretty. I loved it because of the fact it was simple and flowed. My only problem with it was that it was too short for me to fully enjoy it. However, it was on a level much higher than most songs here.

Pont Commun ~ Michael L. Wyatt (Alfonso de Sabio)
It's very nice. But the repeating of SIMPLE melody forced me to ask myself if you put lots of repeats in this piece.

Spectrum ~ Sarah (spoonpuppet)
Awesome! You are a very talented composer and musician. This song was pure enjoyment. I loved it from beginning to end.

Exp ~ SaintSavage
The instruments didn't seem balanced out to me. Also, it was again too short for my taste.

Evangeline's Theme - Pale Surrender ~ Michael R. Yago (michael)
Again, Michael captures me with a melody that I can't get out of my head.

Kuro Zankoku ~ William He and Thomas Kennedy (Mariachi)
It sounded ok. It seemed like everything was repeated over and over again, nothing new in the melody. The piece didn't really move for me.

My vote, as always, goes to the piece that sticks in my head the most. The top three for me were Spectrum, Main Theme, and Evangeline's Theme. I voted for Evangeline's Theme because I liked the way the melody was crafted. It was simple, yet very memorable. I liked how the song built and built to a crash in the end, only to be echoed by a final line of melody. This style that Michael incorporates makes the melody heard over and over again, but it seems a little different each time.

That is why I voted for his piece.

Hey! I thought Noir7 was going to make them into MP3 format? :P Oh, well. I voted for Noi7's composition... it's simply wonderful. Can't think of another way to describe it...

You totally voted for yourself. I was watching the votes as you came in and out.
Hey relax! This was in the last discussion. If everyone voted for themselves, it would all cancel out anyway, right? Also, not everyone knows what a cannon is. I don't think she was sucking up (taken that she used to be on staff and has no reason to suck up).

ARRRG! =_= This is a damn hard decision. These songs are all very good, I especially like Main Theme and Evangeline's Theme. Main Theme because it's simply wonderful and Evangeline's Theme because i can't get the melody out my head XD. Very hard to vote....

Yeah I know, I already apologized to michael about it, but my computer kind of crashed my soundcard, and thus, I can't use my programs properly. Sorry again...but you shouldn't vote after the quality of the song anyways.

Hey Noir7, is your computer back to 100%? Maybe you can get started for CMA - July already. I'll open up the thread sometime this week.

Also, I quoting Alfonso de Sabio if you read carefully. But I guess that post was deleted, so nevermind already. ^.^

Sorry, but my computer crashes everytime I try to playback MIDI files with different soundfonts. I hope I can fix it soon... X_X

This was very hard. It was very close, between Spectrum(s?) and Main Theme. Ooh... uhh...

I vote for Spectrum.

I think Sarah's piece, Spectrum was excellent, I really liked it. My vote goes to you ! (just watch the compression of your file..the sound easily became saturated).

But, I must admit Evangeline's Theme was good too.
