hey everyone, been reading some music theory books and i want to know if i'm understanding chord progression correctly...this piece is only 4 measures long in 6/8 time so it's VERY short but i want to make sure i'm understanding this correctly(i only have notepad so i can't make it MIDI.)

If you read anything on basic chords, those chords do not sound ANYTHING like a little teaching would progress.

can you elaborate...i wanna get this down but i want to make sure i'm doing this correctly ya no?
