Your soundfont's are brilliant. And I'm guessing the voice is recorded. Who's the singer?

Some parts seem improvised but nonetheless, still very pretty. Nice work!

The style used in this song is reminescent of the composer (Yuki Kaijura (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=3914)) who composed the music for the .Hack anime and video game series (among others) - sort of a mix of new age and folk, I guess. Good stuff, though - other than being somewhat too short, I don't have any major complaints about this piece ;).

oo.. spiffy.. can't say I heard of her before.. but so we learn.. :D

anyway the voice (and the flute) are recorded yea.. a friend of mine sung it.. just as in another piece I posted here sometime ago.. she's quite the excellence innit for as far as I'm concerned.. :D

actually I also have a little vocal in the backround of it.. but thats so unnoticable I might as well could've left it out.. just messing a bit with my crappy microphone 'n stuff.. stupid little hum..

here's another little piece we.. or well mostly she anyway.. made some time ago..

all I do in this one is just play a little piano.. she pretty much made the song there.. its a little disturbish but I think it sounds kinda interesting.. :think:

EDIT: LoL. I just noticed you can hear your friend take a breath to continue to play the flute somewhere in there. XD Also, as the song neared the end, sometimes I felt the voice got lost somewhat, but maybe that's just me.

my soundfonts? they're just software actually.. I got most of em at www.sf2midi.com .. lots of em there..

though I must admit that after I used them to create a sample with on my piano-thing I then transfer them to another program to usually add some echoish matter.. and ofcourse to mix it together to one whole piece in the end..

and with that techno-ish thing here I used another random drum-making program anyway together with just my piano-playing .. and that string-trance-sortofthing..

addicting stuff that music-making.. :D
