It's not actually as hard as you'd think some of things that SOUND good like. I heard this kind of things. It's like doing all th keys on the piano with 128th notes over like 50 times and holding down the sustain pedal.

Mainly, this "Death Waltz" sounds like crap compared to something that's harder-flight of the bumble bee for piano. =/

or the Rach3

@ Hiei

ROFLMAO!

I swear these have gotta be P.D.Q. Bach! Hahahaha

"Adagio Cantabile with a Rock Feel"
"light explosives now...and...now" <----favorite
"insert peanuts"
"play ball!"
"Have A Nice Day"
"Rigatoni"
"rotate embouchers"
"remove valve"
"sell mute"
"opt. shoe horn"
"like a derigible" <---- WTF LOL
"gradually become aggitated"
"release the penguins"

This must've been taken from the P.D.Q. Bach biography

So funny... It says arranged by accident...

Maybe he meant arranged after accident... Since the comments are like so unnerving... I might give this in an orchestra and see how they react... Hehehe....

By the way, that Death Waltz thing or w/e, is marked Adagio, so as you see the notes can you SEE the tempo? Lol, it;'s a lot slower.

"If you cant play this call your mommy"
"Whip It Whip It Good"
"With Much Passion Fruit"
"Wet Reed Sleep For Two Hours"
"Return Your Instrument If It Says Mattell"
"Notice:If Your a 2nd Violinist Do Not Use A 1st Violin Use The 2nd Violin You Were Issued"
"JUSTIN WAKE UP!"
"Ouch Stop Putting Your Bow There!"
"Glissando Using Tip Of Note"

This is great reading material!

Feed that sucker into Finale!!! :P

Though I think Finale will have a fit, considering that the first piece isn't time linear, and the second piece is infinite :P

On a slightly more serious note, I hear there is real (playable) music in which the composer will instruct you to use your entire forearm on the keyboard...

Yes I think there is, but what actual piece would that come in handy for?

I mean, in Liszt and some other composers like Shubert, Shumann, (maybe) Brahms and (maybe) Chopin that you'd use the figer tips of your hand to just wipe all across the white keys.

Forearm? Wow. uB3rNuB!

Obvious it's not a melodic piece. It's more atmospheric and isn't something you'll listen to on your Ipods unless you're a psycho (me). For some reason, I want to find this John Stump and kick his nuts.

It doens't look very hard. You have to look at how it's played and the little accents like "Adagio" "Fermata" "Largo" etc. Not just what looks like.

So 13 flats aren't "very hard"? What about having to do a glissando AND play notes in the same hand?

All right, the song isn't "very hard"; it's "impossible" to play as written.

If anyone wants to start where I left off the MUS file is there too. I did it in finale 2003.

Dont post the image unless someone requests to see the captions in the sheets. Its nice you try and provide a better version, but I dont see the reason why unless some people want a better version.

I think it was a good post...I wanted to see what the captions were, but I was too lazy to actually request it...and was it this forum that had to warn people not to backseat mod?

If it's really that big a deal, he could put it inside a spoiler tag...

I still like the `Light explosives here........ and here.....` statment.

I've seen that before. My friend bought it at all-state for fun. It's meant to be impossible. I think that if you look carefully at one of them it'll say, "Note: unplayable" or something like that.

I counted some of the chords in it and it had more than 10 keys! are we suppose to count our feet in too? lol. Probably gutta use your arms and just press the keys down in general.

If anyone manages to play that, I'd like to shake that person's hand haha.

Hahaha! would you want to shake a person with 12 fingers? LoL! I've heard from my piano instructor about some old-timer pianist who has 12 fingers and he wrote songs that are meant from people who can use all 12 fingers. I found this to be impossible because, "How do you move your 6th finger? Theroetically, the 6th finger has no muscles and ligaments to move it." Well, gotta meet that person then.

For duet, I can understand because there would be 20 fingers. That should be enough to cover almost 1/4 of the keyboard.

All I can say is, "Lets hear the song!"

Rolled Chord , and you CAN do that on a MIDI.

EDIT: So I got bored. I did the first line, except the really short notes at the end of it, because my program can't get that short. ;) .
