Try matching it up against a Gundam that doesn't suck, for example a gundam with PS armor.

gundanium is better, cuz its extremely heat resistant, and physical damage resistant, the only reason it ever gets highly damaged, is that they end up fighting over 200 enemys, and/or other gundams

but if they got hit bye every 200 they would be fucked

Well... There are a couple of points for Gundams, too.

For one, Gundams are not biomedical. Meaning: Gundams can surpass physical limitations that exist in medaphysical beings.

Gundams can utilize a system that improves a pilot's senses drastically. This /Zero/ system amplifies certain brainwaves and enables such non-human senses. Eva is locked into the pilot's skill (even if a dummyplug is inserted, or in the uncontrolled berserk mode)

Another thing is that Eva cannot be controled. It can be manipulated, but what the pilot does while in the control chair only suggests to the Eva's spirit as to what to do.

A Gundam is 100% man-powered, and doesn't rely on an external spirit for operation. Meaning: A gundam can be operated by anyone, while an Eva can only be operated by specally marked Children.

Now, I thought it took a full fledged (natural or not) Newtype to use a Mobile Armor, for it used a lot of Psycho technolgy.. And it doesnt matter about the Gundam though. Being a Newtype only lets the person now how to use the gunam (or what ever) to the full extent very quickly. A properly trained person could use a gundam (or what ever) just as good as anyone.

And if im mistaken, a gundam is no diffrent from lets say a guncannon or gm, other then its looks and the metal its made of. If so, then it doesnt take a Newtype to controll one, right?

Of course, when face against any of those monstrosities equipped with S2 Organs I'd say a Gundam's best bet is to crash a few space colonies directly on top of said target. If it was a single anime character, with the exception of the deities and like, I'd say that Lina Inverse has a good change of destroying an EVA all by herself - though I think that particular spell I have in mind would also easily destroy most of the planet, as well as the caster herself.
