Hmm...the saddest moment in a game?....when you finish it....there is a slight moment of triumph then it's over and you realize "I NEED MORE GAMES!!"

Why do people think that's sad? Someone died, horror of horrors you've just been butchering SHINRA soldiers, people who, it they were real would have dreams, hopes, families, loved ones, and you just kill them. Whereas Aeris simply has a sword through her, woe of woes, she should be able to come back with the help of a trusty Phoenix Down, but no Cloud ditches her in a pond. Gee people think of those poor soldiers first.

I think Phoenix Downs only work when the character is knocked out. Oh well the game has a lot to do with the creator of FFVII whom mother has passed away along with someone he loves that is like Aerith. That's why the character was killed off and the 2nd disk until the last had a dark theme to it unlike the first disk. I found it on one of the unofficial websites...don't remember where the link is...I'll try to find it. ~*Asuka*~

i'm not sure... i haven't played a lot of games, but i think that starocean till the end of time was a bit sad. i mean it was a happy ending but it's sad that your father did experiments on you to become the top secret weapon, and now you found out that your universe is really a game in another dimention, and you're just data.

Hmmm...saddest moment? Probably when a member of your party leaves and they take the weapons and items you eqipped on them with them.... All that money spent just to have them leave.....-sighs-

well i agree with sora that IS kinda sad. Also a sad part is in brave fencer musashi the final boss is darkness that has taken over one of your good friends.
