Well, guess what kind of instrument i like to use and music style i like to compose? :D Here's a track which i've finished composing for Princess of Justice (Seigi no Hime) album. Hey ppl. A new music from me. LOL This time is from my movie album, The Basement. The Basement is actually a movie similar to Resident Evil. This is an orchestral track. The track is titled "NEO-TCX". NEO-TCX is the main enemy of the movie. It's a gigantic, mutated monster, a monster created by a team of crazy scientists.The style I used to compose this track is combination of Nobuo Uematsu & John Williams (more to Nobuo Uematsu's style though) .Hope you'll like this track and please comment. ^^

Another new music from me. Just finished composing this morning. If u remember a track from The Basement Album titled "Haunted Mansion". :D You guys were asking for the full version of it. Well, here's the full version !!! This track is from The Basement Album. It's titled "Dance of The Dead". Enjoy this orchestral piece. ^^

I'm not sure I really liked some of the instrumentation, and I think it could have been more engrossing if that was tweaked. It reminded me somehow of Aladdin, though.

Warmth

Part of this sounded very much like a Canon. It sounded like the sort of thing that would be on a CD meant to help infants go to sleep. There were some jarring rhythmic incongruities, though.

Bitter-Sweet Moments

Very nice. The only thing I want to suggest is that I think it would be more complete if you changed it to a major arpeggio on the second repeat of the arpeggio at the end.

what's an arpeggio. I've stated b4 that i dont really know any musical terms. >.< Mind to explain without using musical terms plz? T_T

Uh...broken chords, in lamans terms. They usually are more than one of the same chord stacked on top of each other and then broken apart into seperate note. Does that make sense?

i still dont really get it unless you can make a midi for example. I'll kindly appreciate that. ^^

Anyway, this is the first time i use the instrument bagpipe. The instrument doesnt sound that good though. I wish I can use the real bagpipe to play it. :D. Anyway, enjoy the music.

The instrument that hits the really low notes in Yuki's Theme doesn't seem to fit that much. But the rest is awesome, especially once it blends in. :)

I'm really digging the Yuki theme - the percussion kind of gives it a pretty latin feel, though you've added many other interesting elements to the mix. My main complaint for this piece is probably the mixing - the percussion/bass is very present and clear, but the strings sound really low-fi. Try to use better samples, or bring it out some more, with some eq'ing and reverb. Definitely an improvement from your older pieces, though - nice job.

For the time being, i'm striving to completed "Princess of Justice" and "The Basement" albums. Princess of Justice's music would all be composed by me where as "The Basement" album, i'm thinking of teaming up with a group of 6 composers from Broken Notes (not sure whether u've heard of them or not. they make silent hill inspired albums - www.brokennotes.com).

hehehe. Just thought of posting a music which i've composed for my friend's multimedia project couple of weeks ago. He's doing some sort of multimedia presentation for French Connection. I'm sure you guys heard of French Connection b4 right ? :D So here's the music. XD It's called "French Connection".

heehheeh. Glad you like it. Yup. Fox is the founder. His name is Jason. eheheh. Anyway, here's a new music which i've just made for my final fantasy inspired album, "Lost of Ronfaure". The track is titled "Airship". This music is actually my first composition when i started composing music after playing final fantasy 9. I started composing "Airship" using organ ( the instrument i learnt) but it's not a very complete version as it's limited to lots of arrangements and i cant even make my own percussions with my old organ. With today's technology for music software, i've managed remake Airship and this is the actual version I intended to make. ^^ Hope you'll enjoy the "FLIGHT". ehehehe

Oh well, I've modified the tune for my friend's project. The old tune for French Connection doesnt fit it his animation at all. Instead, this new tune fits in nicely. It's a very simple tune. Here's a new version of "French Connection". ^^

I like both Nobuo Uematsu and John Williams. NEO-TCX actually reminded me of Xenosaga. I don't know if you played that game or anything but I can see myself really enjoying this song in that game. It seems like you tried to fill in the middle part because the beginning and the ending sounds good. Actually i think you can do better with the ending by adding more dynamic changes.

i do play Xenosaga . It's one of my favourite sci-fi RPG games. XD NEO-TCX reminds you of Xenosaga ? Hahaha ....Which Episode ? Episode I or II? I'm guessing Episode I. Am I right ? Hehehe. It's true indeed that Yasunori Mitsuda (composer of chrono cross, crono trigger, xenogears and xenosaga episode I) is one of my favourite composers. His work is a master piece. ^^ I love the track, Gnosis from Xenosaga Episode I. It ROXOR!!! :lol:

Wow! I haven't really payed attention to your compositions, and now I regret that entirely. I see you are a really good composer, expecially the RPG/Game styles (which I think is the most here, correct?).

Anyway, I loved the Airship one, those strings in the background doing those weird arpeggios, and the beautiful piano melodies with the mix in with other instruments-absolutely grand! Great job.

Well, everyone has their limitations I guess, and this might be one of them for me...

Even though everyone has their own limitations, i'm still trying my best to go beyond the limit. I'm still striving hard to learn more styles. ^^ I might come out with a new track within this week. "MIGHT ONLY" as i'm pretty bz with my reports. Need to finish them off 1st b4 i can concentrate on composing. :D Just wait for the good news.

ok. I've just finished composing a new track for my new album. This new album will be an album like Yanni (solo album with various music styles). The album is titled "~*WindWalker*~ : Warrior of Motherland ". As you all know WindWalker is my nickname as a music composer. Therefore, it's basically an album that features various music composed by me. The track i've just finished composing for this album is called "Warrior of Motherland". It is also the main track of the album. Hope you'll enjoy this track. ^^
