I may go to AnimeExpo 06 as Sesshomaru or Sora (KH1) but don't know how to make their costumes. Chould anyone tell me how to make them, or show me a site where it show's me how to make them?

Don't know if you found a site (or this one in particular), but you can check out cosplay.com. They have a thread on that in their "costume discussion: video games" section. Search through the KH1 thread you find there and I'm sure you'll find something. =D If you have any questions just ask and i'm sure someone there can help you in your costume making.
