Does anyone know the piano music on the last episode at the play time of 17:07 at the 13th episode of the Second season, i can't find anything... --'

This song is so lovely... I want to play it on my piano... :)
Unfortunatelly, I haven't found anything about this piano solo... :(
Why always the best pieces of piano musics are covered in the dark?...

Yeah, and 4 years later, i come and i transcribe this \o/
Of course, it can stay some errors because it's not easy to hear the chords when they speak, but i did my best. Furthermore, i have not transcribed the piano music played in the 13th ep, but the music that we hear in the 6th ep of the first saison. Faster and maybe more complete.

(Sry for my english, but i'm from belgium, i speak french ^_^)
