The arrangement of "Passion" on this forum sounds really cool, but it seems really complicated! Playing all of those scales with the melody will be a challenge (and I've been playing piano for 7 years).

A. Click on Go Advanced, then scroll down and click on manage attachments.

B. Finale Notepad isn't limited to 2 pages. Click the "measure tool" (it's in between the "key signature tool" and the "simple entry tool" on a top bar) to add more measures.

notepad doesn't restrict you to 2 pages you just have to add measures: click on the measure tool and then on top, click measures and add measure

ah yes. If you put the top part of the left hand in the right hand ( not including measure 18 ) it will work out a little bit better. I will fix that for you though ^-^ *fixes* Ok, measure 18 is better, but the others I left because it is possible by using your right hand there.

If you'd like the flute part for passion it's real easy, just play the melody line in the piano part, and when you come across come chords, just play the top note ^-^ Piano and flute are both in the same key. I hope this helped you out!!

Just download Finale Notepad (the free version), and install that, and open the passion.mus file with Finale.

Hehehe. I play grade 9 piano and the only music I work hard at is music which I like. Or more specifically, music that I play for fun :P

I'm on my way to playing Passion. I can play the left hand already!! :P My music teacher played it with me. She said the only hard thing for me is that my fingers are short, so I find it hard to play the octives. But for the running notes, no prob!! BTW, I think if you really practise like mad for 3 hours non-stop, you can master the song. I mastered "Melodies of Life" (the hard version) in 2 weeks when I was in Grade 6. I practised for 2 hours straight. It was worth it!! ;)

You know right after the introduction it becomes REALLY REALLY fast... i cant get that part down... and i dont think the song sounds good until you get it down REALLY REALLY good ... and play it at a reasonably fast speed...

oh, tsank you. (thank you). the pdf works. (pdf's are so easy to do) it is a bit shorter, considering i have an 8 page version and a 5 page version. (increasing in diffidulty every page increase). but ill see how i like it. i just printed it out now.

I'm not exactly sure, but I think you're having a log in problem. Basically when, or rather before, you log in you need to check off the box that says "remember me" this will keep you logged in no matter where you go. I think that will fix your problem

To all of those people who say they havent taken lessons long enough to play some of these songs. I have never taken lessons in my whole life. I have only even ever played the piano for less than a year and i can play almost any music i put in front of my face. I can learn almost anything by ear. Playing the piano is all about attitude, if your very positive and dont give up you will be great no matter how much you know from a teacher.

Well..yes,what Kairi is saying is right.Well just be patient and positive thinking.But,of course I don't always think like that x_x But then I understand the fact that the first few times I practice,I'll make billions of mistakes hehe.

Hey, do ya think using a violin on piano sheet music would work? I tried it on eyes on me from faye wong and it kinda worked...Not that well though. So im wondering if it was just the piece or if you really can't play much violin on piano music.

Erm, please tell me that 3 Years is atleast Lvl 6 Piano? ^_^

ah yes. If you put the top part of the left hand in the right hand ( not including measure 18 ) it will work out a little bit better. I will fix that for you though ^-^ *fixes* Ok, measure 18 is better, but the others I left because it is possible by using your right hand there.
