Here are the first three (two are complete and have MIDIs and one is nearly there but is only in Finale format) of my Requiem. Enjoy.

Im sorry the beginning stuck out in both requiem 1 and 2 way to much.Tell me do you know why requiems are famous. Its because requiem are stories, you jumped into the action very fast. Without setting a base line. Oh and loved the way you controlled the motions by crescendos and decrescendos, very unique. This displays either a conflict or climax. You did very good. But work out the beginning. PS: the first one would be great music to have as a storie. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!

Requiems (Catholic ones at least) are meant to be sung at the Funeral Mass of someone who has died. If you're refering only to Mozart's, I suggest you hear Fauré's since it is quite abrupt in the beginning as mine has been. Thank you for the comment none-the-less.

Are you sure you're not confused as to what a Requiem is?

Yay for Faure! (BTW, how do you put the accent on? It wouldn't let me by doing ctrl+'+e...

I remember you from Young Composers! I need to go back there, but I haven't had anything to post for a while...

I don't know what to think about the last post. Yes, deathraider, we are (or were, now) at the same board Young Composers.

Have you abandoned Y.C.? Some of the people are quite rude and stupid, so I could understand, especially since I seem to remember a certain thread which bashed only you...

Oh well, I thought it was pretty good, though not anywhere near the skills of Faure, yet, since Faure was a master!
