I say the King of Fighters of SNK dominates style over Capcom's Street fighter. But I still say many of the Street Fighter games are classics. Which do you prefer? Capcom or SNK? (in fighting games)

Capcom by a bloody mile.

I voted Capcom because Street Fighter is my favourite.

But, then, my second favourite, Samurai Showdown, is from SNK.

One thing Capcom has over SNK is that the fighters stand out from the background more. To me, at least.

Perhaps, I should have voted both, though...

Capcom did a really great job on the Marvel crossover series and the VS SNK series

Same as Thumby. I really liked the [XX] VS SNK series.

I'd much rather play a Megaman game than Metal Slug, though. And if the Marvel Series and VS SNK series (not to mention the legendary Street Fighter franchise) wasn't enough,

Haven't yet to play the SNK take on the Capcom VS SNK series yet, it was released on Neo Geo a year or two ago, been dying to play it.

yes, snk is actually snk playmore. they went bankrupt around 2000 - reason why they tried to gain money by letting capcom use their characters in Capcom vs Snk series.

Well capcom automatically wins my vote because they created megaman. I dont really care about the fighting games they make really. Only capcom vs marvel and the 2nd one also. Those were nice

i'm a megaman fan too but i favored the 2d megaman gaming rather than the newer ones

A lot of the SNK fighters I prefer over the Capcom ones, though. The games seem to have a better story line in SNK over Capcom (not that it really matters, all fighting game storylines are terrible)
