As for my hardest game to beat.. I'd say it was Armored Core. There's that stupid poison gas mission that I swear I tried 700 times. And the final mission with the satilite. It took so many damn energy weapons and grenade launchers just to get past the wall, and then you had to hope you had enough ammo to destroy the core!

I say it would be Resident Evil 4.

All Resident Evil games are easy...for me atleast. I have to say i had a hard time with CastleVania:S. of the Night. It is SO damn hard to get 200% and then it is even harder to rebeat it with Richter Belmont,or i could just suck.

Why would you say that? Just because a game is designed so that it doesn't have an ending doesn't make it hard. Some people play games for entertainment and not for the sole purpose of completing the game <.<

That's so true. The sims has no end to it but it ain't hard either.

In fact, games with no end could be considered easy. There's no goal to reach after all, so why bother?

I think there's already a thread like this but i'd have to say ecco the dolphin for the megadrive. that game felt like there was no end and there was 1 level that no matter what i did i couldnt do it.

Try Battle Hunter for the PS1 , it's so hard cause the object of the game is you are competing agains several computer controlled characters to find a speciffic object and get back to the exit, but you can get the object stolen if the oppenent is stronger, and they almost always are cause your starting stats suck.

Civlilization 4 on a LAN game with 8 other people... Nearly endless (nearly..) and just plain hard.

Also Psi Ops for the XBOX.. The one nuke reactor where you race the white light that will kill you if you touch it... and you HAVE to pull levers to make ti go faster... impossable I say!

Never mention a NETWORK game as hardest game. It depends on who you play against, not whether the game's hard or not.
