This is my ranting thread. (Not trying to be mean to Kou, He plays chess and likes it, how can you hate the guy;) )


Im going to rant right now.

It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining, the birds were singing their sweet song, I was at the beach relaxing, I stretched out my very beautiful legs and felt the sea tickle my feet.
'This is the life' I thought. Nothing was better, it was pure bliss.

10 MINUTES LEFT!!!
I was infact not at the beach, i was in a hall doing S.A.T.S exams while all the kids outside were playing on (for once) A hot summers day in England...

What is the pooint of giving us these really long exams that are soooo boring. Why dont they just take classwork and use that to see how good you are. There are so many faults with exams as a way to test your knowledge. What If they dont feel like doing the exam or are tired, they'll flop straight away. I should have been at the beach today but no. I got stupid sats. Oh well at least its finished. But now i got detention from a teacher for 'Breathing too loudly in an examination hall. Im SITTING NEXT TO A HEATER ON A HOT DAY WITH THE HEATER BLOWING ON MY FACE!! but to be fair she is pregnant. (and fat anyway) Hormones I say.

the reason they do SATS is because the government wants to gauge the stupidity/cleverness of school children and it also puts pressure on teachers to teach well because the school gets judged by success.

They may be easy for you to do, since you're probably well educated, but some children are just complete retards (in a nut-shell).

Also exams are meant to test you on your knowledge and understanding of a subject. GCSEs and A-levels are the main exams you have to do and this is what employers look at when you're applying for a job. The others just gives you practice in preparation for them.

If people didn't do exams, then there'd be no way to tell how clever someone is. Most people copy each other's homeworks....

I agree tho, I for one do ok during class but break down during test (and some dont have a chance to copy someone elses work) so yeah its messed up for me, but you gotta deal with it.

Well S.A.T.S exams arent too bad, it's just the weather and stuff that make everything so much worse!

When i did it last year, Just before one of the tests started, there were some random girls in different parts of the hall making sex noises. I must admit although it was off putting, it was one of the funnish exams i've been through!! XD

Oh we had yr 11's throwing pens at us through the drama room. Teachers were blind. Thought we were lying. And we do end of year tests so why is sats different?

Ill need to think of a rant topic for tomorrow so after this message i shall stare into space.

don't think it coudl beat my mate's school who had a fight right before their gcse's. Like a proper gang fight in the examination hall.

nope, because it's gcse you have to do it on that day or get quarantined to prevent you from cheating. When you get quarantined over-night, you have to sleep round a teacher's house and I think that'd be more traumatic. they had to do the exam straight after they cleared up the blood.

But thats not fair. How would you concentrate?

that's the point I'm making, just hope that doesn't happen. My mate still did well though somehow.

I didnt really do much today. But one thing really annoyed me.

Have you ever had your friend do something horribly stupid in front of lots of people, and you try and stop them and they say shut up in front of everyone and go on a swearing spree. Its embaressing. AND IM TRYING TO HELP!!!!

And for some reasons how come when relatives act stupid its all my fault. How did i know he was going to eat a raw frog choke on it and then vomit it out alive!!. How is that my fault. Its stupid.

Whi is C++ so hard. I mean its allright doing it in the command screen but how do i make games with it?? There are no clear instructions.

the stupidest thing happened today. I went to a arage and there was this guy who could speak japanese. So i walked up to him and I said.

"Hey there, Where did you learn japanese?

He looked at me with his japnese eyes and his cool gelled hair.and he says

In a japanese school in britain for after school. I started when i was young.

It had been a very long day, nothing out of the ordinary. I trudged through the puddles and looked down at my beautiful reflection and thought of a rant topic. However there was a big problem. Nothing to rant about Nothing out of the ordinary happened. So I put all my ingenuity into one rant topic and could only think of the japanese dude. However imagine my shock when i find my rant was crap. NO SURPRISE The day was normal nothing wrong. Why does it have to be normal anyway. Oh damn I just thought of a rant topic

True, And thanks for the advice Kou. Its just my ordinary days arent good days. My 'ordinary' means people trying to take the mick out of you. There was even 20 people attacking one boy. And the teachers just stood there and watched. I was going to stop it but my brother did first. And when i came you know why they said they started it. Because he 'barged one of them'. And then I was picking the boy up and they said you F***** why you doing that. Then my Bro says I dare all 20 of you to attack me and my brother. We'll see how fair that is. Then they all ran. And my friends said to me afterwards. 'You should have let them fight.' It made me sick.

Why do people act so fake when trying to impress members of the opposite sex?

Thomas walked up from behind the girl. She was good looking but a total idiot and with a smaller brain then a flea. Yet Thomas was entranced by her looks and as shallow as he was he went to her.
"Heh, " He flicked back a lock of ginger hair. "How you doin" He smiled his fake smile.


Then he gets into this long conversation and not acting hoe he normally acts at all. He's a really Pessimistic Bastard and he now acts all fake. It was a total personality switch. He had a desire to impress.

I have many stories like this. but why do they act so fake?, if they make a relationship as soon as he takes away the disguise the girl/boy will realise what an ass he is.

i take offense that a thomas would actually do that! just kidding with you. i find that annoying when people do that too. that's why you dont base relationships on looks but by personality! be friends first! bf/gf later!
