Has anyone heard of this anime (or manga) before? I saw the first four eps of the anime so far and I must say it's the most interesting things I've seen so far. It's also funny and has excellent character design. If you want something a bit less convential from your usual Naruto and Tsubasa eps, get this. Especially if you like Fruits Baskets because they cloned Momiji for this series.

OOoo, pruddy characters. The story seems funny.. but only the manga is out in the USA as far as I know. Reminds me of Hana-Kimi so it doesnt seem totaly original....

Well, there seem to be some similarities... but it's not that aspect that makes this series so original in my opinion. It's the whole setup, and how it takes the mick out of everything "shounen". I love it.

It's supposed to be funny, but I haven't picked it up yet. I'll stick with Haruhi/SR2 for my comedy this season and maybe I'll watch OHC at a later date. Also there was something about a trap in this anime? =|

I had recently started watching this series and I must say that it is now one of my favorites of the season. I can see why there is a lot of talk about it on the various online places I frequent.

Ahh....Ouran is love <333 I read the first one a looong time ago, but never really got hooked on to it until later xD; i watched 3 episodes and i must say, I enjoy watching it instead of reading it .__.;; my fave characters are Kaoru and Hikaru >D

Lol, the devilish twins are great. I like Haruhi best though, maybe because she's like the only normal person in the whole series XD

Kyaaaa!!!! i've got the first 3 mangas and yet i've seen the first 8 episodes. ouran high school host club is soooo funny and the characters are very nice. i realy like everyone of them. but i like kyoya the most, he's sooo cool. ^___^
and we've got the same birthday. lol

they all are lovely. and it's great that every chapter of the manga will be realised as an episode.

it seems like another series extremely similar to school rumble. that series rocks XD

a really funny anime, and momiji aka honey even has the same seiyuu. The head of the host club (tamaki) never fails to crack me up, especially when he claims himself as haruhi's dad. ^^ very relaxing and enjoyable to watch

I love how Tamaki talks. He's just so... admirable. I had to stop watching the anime, though, since my computer can't seem to handle the panning cameras.

I love his imagination, his speech, his voice, his reasoning, his idiocy, his everything.
This is different from most shoujos, having no romance involving the main character, and a heroine I actually like.:).

The Renge girl has annoyed me in the manga, but in the anime, she seems to pop up even more randomly and more often than before. That is about the only thing I hate.

Does anyone else find it confusing when Tamaki has his fantasies? They keep confusing me, letting me to believe it was true, then BAM it's just his imagination.

I watched it in youtube. English subtitled! I still don't get the lightbulbs though (in the first episode). Renge girl = high energy( not sure if I'm right) motor haha

I think the lightbulbs signified when the other members found out that Haruhi was in fact a girl, since everyone knew before Tamaki, who was the last one.

Everytime a lightbulb lights up it means that another member discovered it =P

Ouran is fantastic :D It takes the mick out of itself so much, it's similar to Yakitake Japan in that respect. So many great moments in each episode - the Lobelia girls cracked me up so much XD And the twins are fabulous, loved the episode where they were fighting and it was all an elaborate front to get an invite to Haruhi's house (and that episode was even more hysterical).

And the Alice in Wonderland episode... absolute crack!

The anime is great. The manga is wonderful. XD So yeah I follow both. It's really a good series, definitely one of my favorites. And those twins....a whole other in itself. ^^;;

I was like "Oh Angelic likes this! I got to check it out." I must say it is great. I have always loved the way Bones did their artwork.

Its more like Hana-Kimi then School Rumble, but I think Ouran is better in most ways.

I love both the anime and the manga, I've seen 26 anime episodes. Unfortanally the manga isn't sold in sweden (where I live) so I've only read on the site onemanga...

You could try ordering it in English online if available, some sites (Amazon) will probably ship it to Sweden.

I love Ouran High School Host Club xP it's such a funny anime. I've never read the manga before but I hear it goes past where the anime ends. Takashi and Honey-sempai are my favorites <3 waa

If I had to sum this anime up, I'd say it's an anime that knows it's an anime. It takes all the stereotypes in this genre and completely plays it up. If you're looking for something deep, it's definitely not the series for you, but if you want something light hearted and want some giggles, definitely look into it :)
