I was wondering if anyone here uses Sibelius midi notation software. If you do, can you tell me how it compares with Finale? THanks! :yawn: time for bed!

I tried a demo of it that my music teacher gave me and didn't like it that much. It's probably because I've spent so much time using Finale but Sibelius just didn't seem as fully featured. Also it had a much more user friendly interface but it didn't seem as easy to access the more advanced tools. It almost seemed more like a graphics program than music writing software.

It's almost one of those Mac or PC arguments. If you like the Mac OS than you'll probably like Sibelius. If you like Windows you'll probably like Finale more.
