By the way, this isn't one of those pointless FF threads that fits somewhere, so I'm posting it.
For those of you who play FFCC and are past the sixth year, what do you think of this?
My theory is that Gurdy and Hurdy are the same person. When the light sort of speaks to him right before or after he says: "Three rocks await the winter's kiss / One by one they find their bliss" the light says: "You cannot yet defeat Raem. Your memories are not enough," (or something along the same lines) in Hurdy's outfit, you see the image of Hurdy flash back and forth with Gurdy's usual image. Plus you know that Hurdy tried to save the world with the Black Knight, not Gurdy, so why would the light speak to Gurdy?
Another is that the Black Knight is Leon Esla's father. If you think about what his dying words were ("Leon Esla...yes I remember..." or something around there), then it kinda seems like Star Wars with Darth Vadar. That Darth Vadar was Luke's father. Think about it. The Black Knight was a fierce Lilty fighter from Alfitaria (Leon Esla's hometown) and was widely admired until he started chasing the light for his memories and attacking caravans. Plus Leon Esla never saw his father.
Think about it and reply.
