i think this site is great because of all the reviews of many anime series. The creators even have a rating of which anime is good.

I mostly use animenfo (http://www.animenfo.com) but I'm not sure if it's good, I don't really read a lot of anime reviews...

I just buy Animerica and Newtype for reviews and stuff. Well, I like buying magazines because I can do anime stuff without being conncected to the internet.
