i found this site because of my interests with final fantasy music.
can anybody recommend a nice yet easy anime piece i can learn? im not a big fan of anime, but i do like the music.
so far, i've taken liking to one piece

Hmm...I happen to like "Solitude" from Ayashi no Ceres. That's a good one...just a bit sad...^_^

the "Waltz on the Moon" from FFVIII, a little complicated if a beginner but not too difficult.

Some of my favorite ones are:

Neon Genesis Evangelion: Cruel Angel Thesis
Kingdom Hearts: Simple and Clean
Super Mario Theme
Silent Hill: True
.hack//SIGN: In the Land of Twilight, Under the Moon

Some of them are games, but they are nice also.

I'm so glad some of us have the same opinions about music.. For simple music, I like sadame from X.. For a little more difficulty, I like every heart from inuyasha, Rage your dream from initial D (I struggled with that) and Cruel Angel's Thesis from NGE... :D

I'll try simple and clean soon.... :P

I'll mention Canta per Me from Noir. It's a little more difficult because of the rythm in the left hand but it is't that hard and it's a great song.

i can play a bit of tifa's theme and all of aeris' theme reborn.

Sango's theme from Inuyasha is pretty and simple.

PFT Shadow, do you have the sheet music to Snow?

If you want a piano theme similar to Cruel Angel's Thesis from NGE but slightly easier to play then I recommend "Good, Or Don't Be" which is a piano variation of it. Ritsuko's Theme from NGE also is a good piano piece, though getting the rhythm of the left hand is a bit tricky.

Wow, some hard pieces mentioned. I still can't play "Good or Don't Be," the chords keep messing my fingers up.
