That would be Chrono Cross - Fragment of a Dream, the background music (Ichigos has basically the melody in the version here).

It's a bit late now, but Radical Dreamers - Unstolen Jewel at http://eterniaforever.cjb.net/ is the same song, only with the intro and in a different key. (And easier to play as flats and sharps aren't mixed in the same measure).
