it's hilarious!
a dumb movie is fast and the furious. it's braindead, has no themes, and is just for people who like violence, cars and women.;)

The Village. Horrible... just horrible (btw some people have already said some of the dumbest movies... Can you beleive they have the audacity to come out with a fast and the furious 3? They could had fed the homeless, what a waste)

tell me about it? 'tokyo drift'? oh dear. that's their selling point?
just because japanese culture is popular at the moment...
i liked the village! the ending was really good. it's just not the kind of film you can watch again, if you know how it ends:\

Holy grail was great (assuming you're talking about Monty Python's).

Kung Pow was the most retarded film ever.

I think those girly teenage films are so pointless and stupid......even though i get lured in to watching them because they usually have hot guys in them........*grins* But yea, they always have the same fairytale like feel/ theme to it which i'm sick of seeing time and time again........

Tokyo drift; is that meant to be copying Initial D????

I think Final Fantasy : The Spirits Within(this is the only movie I could think of).

I've watch Chinese ones, but I can't seem to remember.....I'll come back later....

Afraid of the Dark. Some kid goes around terrorizing blind women and watching some guy kill them. I laughed my pants off at that one.

Hmm.... Well I agree with the person who said Napolean Dynomite (though his dance moves were awesome! :P) but other than that... I'd have to say the dumbest movie I've ever seen was... Crap. I forgot the title. Edit: The Exorcism of Emily Rose, I believe it was called. ^-^
It had something to do with a girl and these.. 'encounters'... but in one scene it looked like she was being attacked by a pencil! (OMG. lol.)

Heartless101
June 18th, 2006, 05:49 am
Now when you say "attacked by a pencil" do you mean the pencil looked like it was floating and attacking her or that she was attacking herself with a pencil?

Any movie that is stright to video must be a waste of time and money.

The dumbest movie I ever watched was Star Wars I. As a child I was stuned on how it was so slow and I had no care of the mud like plot. Even now I still think it was stupid. Who ever did the CG-ing made it way to polished and perfect.

I'm guessing it's going to be about some Americans going to Japan and showing the Japanese people how completely superior Americans are when it comes to racing.

Max and the legend of the ring sumthing like that...it was totally stupid and it copied lord of the rings and harry potter like it was made by a two year old. The acting was horrible too. It could have been the fourth iinuyasha movie too, only because the plot was horribly predictable...

Any Disney Channel movies. I just got suckered into watching one of them the other night, and I swear my blood pressure rose at the end of the night. It was the stupidest thing I have ever seen in my life. ...Yeah.

Dumbest movie I've seen was Kung Fu Hustle. Seriously, how could one person be soooooo crappy in fighting in the beginning, then suddenly become a super martial artist? Gawd, it was so stupid. I only watched it for the laughs . . . that was the only decent part.<_<

SILENT HILL is the crappiest one I've seen so far... no plot at all, not much going on either... just some random people go to a random "pwnage zone" off the map, they pwn some n00bs and come back out pwned... It's a horror film but there's nothing to be scared of, and it's not even funny... all it's about is like how the pwnage zone pwns people...

Holy Grail, Kung Fu Hustle and Kung Pow are three of the best movies ever.

Though, a movie that's so much crap that the only good thing in it is the ending song, is a danish movie from 1992. I don't think I'll write it's title. I'd probably get banned.

The crappiest movie ever..?
13 Going On 30, hands down. Cheesiest, most predictable and typical plot with the lamest lines. The acting sucked crap too. Whoever wrote the script should die.

OMG u must be jokin rite, that film was amazing, of course it had a plot! one of the best horror films how can u say it didnt have a plot, maybe you didnt understand it but there is NO way u can say it didnt have a plot. I can understand that some bits were confusing though but i thought it was good, i saw the making and they put so much damn effort in the film it makes u appreciate it more, they spent months making sets from SCRATCH, the only thing they didnt make was the school and the guy made the film true to the game bcas that was his primary inspiration.

Titanic is the only kinda Hollywood movie I can think of at this time that, in my opinion, is one of the dumbest movies ever. I find the over dramatized, melodramatics super corny and repulsive. I metaphor the movie to Hollywood bleeding their hearts out for people to spend their money at Titanic instead of some other movie, leaving no dignity behind. It's a joke of a movie to me.
Oh, to add, The Ring. I attempted to force myself to be scared when watching that movie.... the end of the movie came.... I was still waiting to be scared...

Hm, there are way too many. The worst one I can think of right out of the top of my head?

An American Haunting. God, I wanted a refund. I expected something ATLEAST halfway decent, but it was plain out stupid. Omg, the "ghost" just pulled that chick up to the ceiling and bitchslapped her. And it made slapping sounds! How the heck do you take a "serious" movie seriously if it has a corny scene like that?

Not only that, no one "died" from the "ghost". Why did they say that in the beginning? Geez.

It was a waste of 6 dollars.

Maybe I'm just shallow, but the dumbest movie I've seen in a while was "The Fountain." It could have been amazingly beautiful, but 1)it took itself too seriously, 2) the storyline was so convoluted that it wrapped its own tale around its neck and asphyxiated itself, and 3) it was WAY too repetitive.
