Prologue

It's a dark time for the community of Ichigos. Everybody remembers that fateful day three months ago. The day when Animescores announced war against Ichigos, and though there were many brave warriors on our side, we ultimately fell to the evil clutches of AnimeScore Forums. Today Ichigos lies in ruins. Its former members are either converted by ASF, or scattered throughout the world.

We all remember the brave members. Who could forget Hiei the protector, Sondagger the guardian and of course Shezmeister the defender? These are only a few of those who bravely fought for Ichigo's independence!

After a long battle, ASF members breached through the main sections of our beloved community, and kidnapped Gand and Spoonpuppet. Two out of three admins are now gone, and the very few surviving rebels of Ichigos have now either succumbed to the ASF admins, or simply faded away ~

There are, however, those who think that hope is still achievable. There are two members who felt the sad plea of Ichigo's princess, Spoonpuppet... Is there still hope for the survival of Ichigos?

Edit: Nevermind what I said about tombstones, before i started the game it asked to replace files or something and I hit "No to All" and when i played there were random crosses and windows everywhere, but when I tried again and hit "Yes to All" they all turned to trees and stuff. The gravy thing still exits the program though.

the keys xcvbnm also helps bring out the main menu. Z can also be another button for "confirm"

How big is it (file size)? Sorry for the trouble mate. I keep getting a page with the words invalid download after the download ticker timer page and validation code part regardless of whatever mirror I choose.

it's 20MB.. and yeah, I know rapidshare sucks pretty much but it's the only fast host which accepts these large files.

Never mind. I downloaded it from a friends computer. Looks nice. I didn't like the music repetition at the start of the game but apart from that, pretty solid start.

Is there some way we can make a "real" Chronicle? Like many games made by members here? We could write a story then have people make games to each chapter or book. I think it would be cool to spring some indie rpg series up on this kind of subject (or just based on a forum).

XP version only features front (and back in a way) view in the battle system. Although it looks pretty nice I'd perfer the side battle system in 2003.

And horray I still have 2003, along with all my incompleted projects.

I like the speed the characters walk in this. It seems realistic. You wouldn't run like a crazy man if you were trying to stay inconspicious in enemy territory.

The Chronicles of Ichigos Chapter II - The Fallen One is about 80% finished. In this chapter:

-The search for Spoon continues
-New characters are introduced
-History of Ichigos (what happened on the old Ichigo forum?:shifty: )
-A blast from the past comes alive...

It's to be released either on Thursday or Friday this week! :)

oh no, it's not the game's window that's the problem, it's just my computer...it freezes when I do something big for some reason (by big I mean, watching videos, playing games, flash, etc.)

Run a virus scan, spyware scan and see if that does anything for you. You can also try to run scandisk and then defragment drive c. When my computer gets slow and freezes those are the first four things I do. Most of the time they work, but when they don't I complain to my daddy. I don't know what he does from there though.

Just a quick note: I was supposed to upload Chapter II of Chronicles of Ichigos, but I'm going to wait until the soundtrack is done (just one or two tracks left).

Where'd this tileset come from? Did you make it or get it offline, because It looks a lot different from what I have in the program.

A Runtime package (RTP) is a collection of all files used in the game, such as music, characters, objects, sounds, graphics etc...

The three staff members continue their search for Spoonpuppet, but they realize they must first escape the ASF-forum and sneak into Old Ichigos where they have her prisoned. While Gand searches for an exit, Noir7 and Angelic run into some trouble, and Angelic is struck by a blast from the past...

* The history of Ichigos as it is portrayed in this game is dramatized and edited, although it does give the new members a clue of what Ichigos was a few years ago. (And gives the old members a flashback of nostalgia :P)

Its really good!!

Now for errors, no matter what character you control, when you look at the status screen, you will still see Angelic and Noir7. Its probably not a problem with others since they dont use the status screen, but in the future this problem needs to be solved.

Extract every file, overriding all the duplicate files, and click on the EXE file.
