You're quite curious about it aren't you? We're actually boyfriend and girlfriend, but this doesn't go for most people here.

There can't really be set conditions that result in a ban. It's up to the administrator or moderator's discression whether the rules violation deserves a warning, suspension, or ban.

If anyone of the crew considers a certain member a pain in the butt, or thinks this person is causing trouble or doing something else that's not good for the forums, we'll warn them. If they don't change their ways, they risk a ban.

Sometimes we ban a member right away because they need some cool down time or so (this is usually temporary) but if they come back and start calling us everything bad then he or she'll be gone again quick.

Also, people who spread utter bullshit, especially in relation with death, get banned right away too. We once had a member who had three accounts, with one she faked suicide and with the others she pestered us that it was our fault etc etc. Then there was the matter of someone who tried to make us believe they came from Japan, but obviously didn't (IP check). Next day a new member posted an obviously made up story about this person having died. And the funniest of all was the guy who claimed to have somekind of lung cancer. He'd die by saturday his doctor said, but he himself said he wouldn't die, he believed in God and all. Then I already said, if he ain't dead by saturday I'll ban him. Why? Because he did exactly what I thought he'd do. On saturday he posted a bullshit story about during the night he being lift of his bed by a bright light, and the next moment he falls onto the floor and he's cured. By God himself. Sorry, but we don't need religious propaganda here.

lol me being a christian myself if god wanted to cure you of yoru illness by a miracle, there's no way he'd do it like that. some one has been reading too much fantasy. lol the stuff some people come up with. ooo ooo look at me im an attention whore. more than likely they're people who get no attention in real life and feel that they can get it easy off the net. meh go back to imaginary friends i say

We should have an updating list of the people who do donate money, with the most contributing member on top either on the forums or the main site. It's a great way to get more donations because not all people like doing good deeds if they aren't given any recognition for it.

I'd say about $220-250 total since 2004, but that includes the $160 drive we had for vBulletin. The google ads are bringing in the money to keep ichigos up and running these days... although donations never hurt! ;)

Also the ads are able to pay for the vB license renewal so I'm not going to run another donation drive for that. Woohoo!
