i really like this series, the characters are simple but funny. The best thing is that none of the jokes are perverted, no boys ending up in girls dome while they're changing, no breast groping. It's good to know that there are still anime out there that is pure and clean.

haha, i think it is a bit perverted at times, but yeah ,ur right. compared with some of the other ones, Maburaho (oh man, pervyness to the max) it's pretty pure. I do like this series, but it seems like it's gonna be another one of those series that doesn't really end (im on ep 25 right now) Poor Harima.

i don't really mind, the main point is that i can keep laughing. but yeah, to some extend the series does need a proper and final ending so that it's worth a buy (don't buy them, just download them off emule).

but then again, i think school rumble is not meant to be taken seriously, just a light entertainment. and Harima's giraffe was really funny, i mean the way it talks in japanese

When I saw the first episode, I didn't like it at first (probably just to spite my brother, who was forcing me to watch it) . . but now that I've seen parts of a few more episodes, it actually seems good. Too bad I won't have the time to sit down and watch everything in proper sequence.

but seriously, it's hard to find funny anime without perverted jokes like those ones i said earlier. look at Ken Akamatsu's work man, i mean, his jokes are just perverted all the time, i don't mind once in a while yeah, but i read his first book and got put off by it. and yeah

i'm not a big fan of his work but i don't hate him, it's just not my taste. perverted jokes just kill the fun in watching funny anime.

hmm...Azumanga Daioh is an anime wiht no perversion at all also. probably cuz they're all girls. no guys at all.

im about to say Genshiken also, but...there are perverted part, just not NORMAL perversion. It's a comedy based on anime Otakus, so it makes fun of their perversion. funny as hell, especially if ur an anime nut.

For those that don't know, it's an "Azumanga Daiou!" clone. The only difference is that School Rumble is a little more focused on love stories.

With six anime reactor rewards, you cannot go wrong. I also recommend it ("I am a kappa"; lol)
