It's nice, but the fact that one of his eyes is covered by hair kind of annoys me, but that's something personal. It looks like you've drawn the left line coming into his waist a little too far in... (sorry, I can't describe very well) Either that or the pose is kind of awkward...
Other than that and my strange, illogical comments, it's very good! :D
