In Mozart's Concerto K 622, 2nd movement...

how do you play a turn?....

For turns, you play the written note, then the next note up, then the written note again, then the next note down. For example, on the turn written on E, you'd play "E-F-E-D," then go on to the written F, then "G-A-G-F," then A, B, etc. The rhythm on the E-F-E-D and G-A-G-F are left up to you; however, you have to play the next written note on time, so treat them like grace notes.

Edit: Here (http://www.virtualsheetmusic.com/MIDI/Mozart/ClarinetC/02Adagio.mid) is the midi of that particular peice; the few bars in the picture you posted are a bit before halfway through. Note that this Midi does the turns way too quickly, but hopefully you can still get an understanding of what I meant.
