While trying to play the solo of through the fira and flames - Dragon Force, I made it halfway through and my string SNAPPED!!!! Well more the bottom half came free. Its an electric cruiser st. I want to finish the solo so how do i put the string back in?

Well, ive never strung a guitar before (because theyve never broken) but the string just came off. The string itself seems to be intact but i need to restring it. How do i do that?

if your lazy or dont wanna take any chances you can take it to a shop... a music shop i propose? they will probably point a way for you... shed light lol :lol:

Well i think im missing something. Because when i 'slot my string' throught the bottom it doesnt lock anywhere....

And dragonforce have the best solo's. Just a little Crazy:heh:

it doesn't lock anywhere? isn't there like a ring on the end of the string to keep it from getting through the hole? if it just goes in one way and out the other, that's probably what broke off and caused the string to come out. you might need a new string.

You are so lucky. Lead singer!! Dragonforce songs are amazing. They got me into guitar. I really need to buy a new string because i want to try the solo for fury of the storm. I dont want to have to practice in school:\ .

But my friend said the bolt to lock it in really did fly off so now i have to look for a music store. Problem is i dont know any..

can you really say that when he doesnt' even know how to string a guitar? But it's good to see another guitarist. You're probably better than me anyway.

Well to be honest ive only had this guitar around a year, I sold my other guitars to buy it. But its still only around 250 British pounds so i dont string them. But apparently the little lock goes into the hole and automatically locks the string?

Oh and ive only been playing guitar about 3 or 4 years now. But i practice a lot. Go into my loft.....Stick the amp out the window, crank it to full power......and hope my mum dont scream:heh:
