Ichigo's doesn't steal music from other sites. It's up to the people who transcribed them if they want to submit them here.

its not impossible to play since i can play it and 3 hours will definatly not do. it'll take a few days at least you have to be patient when practising

what was your practicing strategy?

here's the easiest practice strategy. learn the entire song at a slow pace. and it doesnt matter how slow it is. keep practicing until your hands basically move by themselves and they know where the next notes are going to be. then simply speed up. however little just speed up and keep practicing. then soon enough you can play it at it's normal pace.

well josh is a member of ichigos i think. I think he's the guy that replied above my post somewhere. Just go to the website if you need the music.

Plus it's quite easy to play fast if you get your fingers strong enough by practising more.

Yeah practise hands separately first if you're not too confident with it.

I know two people who play Houki Boshi much faster than the real song, too (about myself... I play it in an entirely different key, haha). It's mainly practice, really... and a few tricks that can help you gain speed.

-For the left hand, learn the pattern. The rhythm is not difficult once you get the feel for it. Wrist rotation might help you gain speed once you know the song almost by heart.
-Right hand: the single notes are easy, and the pattern comes back a few times in the song. For the doubled notes, simply practice that part alone a few times until your fingers remember the pattern. For consecutive octaves, you have to strengthen your hand.
-Pedal trick: USE it. not only does it sund nice, but you can also hide a few things that let you gain speed. Held notes can be sustained with the pedal, and you can move your hands to other notes instead.
