Ok, in my family we have had this violin. Inside the body of the violin it says...

Antonius Stradiuarius Cremoneruis
Faciebat Anno 1728

IS THIS REALLY WHAT IT SAYS IT IS!?

my guess is prolly not...i have alot of orch friends with violins that say stradivarius inside...there's alot of replicas which have been made...only a few true originals still exist...so my guess is that it's a replica because if u had an original i think you'd know...and that violin seems chipped in some places...an original stradivarius would be like kept in mint condition at all costs cuz it's practically priceless
