You make it via one of the programs found in the link
(and I'm not certain if this is what you mean), but you can download sheet music via the forums (Filled Requests) or by going to the home site ichigos.com. If you cannot find the sheet music you want from either of those two, you can request it via the Sheet Music Request forum. Be sure to read the announcement in the sub-forum.
