It sounds like you want a picture in your nickname, as in in tentenfan. That is impossable.

If you mean the picture bellow you nickname go to the edit Profile option at the top of the page, click on Edit Avatar on the left. Then find a picture of tenten that you have on the world wide web that fits the sites criteria and put the url into the option box. OR you could upload one that also fits the sites criteria onto the site.
