'Sup everyone! I was curious as to how I can make that wind chime sound in some of my music for example you hear them in a few of Xenosaga episode 2's tracks. If i'm not clear enough, please let me know.

In what way do you mean 'how do you make it'? Do you mean like on MIDI or do you mean like how to notate it? If you're talking about how to notate it, just make a percussion staff, stick in the note with the appropriate duration and write 'wind chimes' above it and stick an arrow (up or down depending on whether you want) beside it, as simple as that. Notating percussion isn't that confusing... ._.

Wind chimes are constructed from tubes, rods or other objects and are often made of metal or wood.Sound can be produced when the tubes or rods come in contact with central clapper in the form of a ball or horizontal disk.There are many instruments are available in the market that produce wind chimes like sound.
