First off, the manga and anime (which I'm assuming that's what you are talking about; I cannot imagine viewing a manga on youtube) is Licensed. Meaning you would be in violation of both US and Japan Copyright laws and can be prosecuted in federal court and/or by Interpol; depending on the severity of the crime.

That being said, you can always go the legal route and purchase them.

The manga has yet to be fully translated to English, but there are 11 volumes (http://www.justmanga.com/browse.cfm?anime=D.N.%20Angel) out for the English crowd. The price to bring you up to date would be about 91 USD (Justmanga).

Yep. But Im assuming that art thief really ment anime. Anyways, I waited over a year for the 11th vol. in yet another cliff hanger. Im tired all of the cliff hangers, you know they could have put more into that volume you know. And now what, am I going to have to wait another year for the next?
