Well, I'm not too good at composing. This is a comp. that I turned in as homework in our orchestra class. Hope that you enjoy it. :heh:

Very random. ._. In another word, it lacks melody, harmony, form and everything else.

You can have some confidence and try to make a good piece! ;) A good composition doesn't require composing magic or whatever, just a little effort and time can create good music. But if you want to compose a 'great' composition, then that's another story. :P But I do hope you continue to improve as a composer.

Start off by learning the basics of music theory, and begin making songs with simple chord progressions. It's usually a good start. Of course, always remember: Never settle for less that what you invision. It's a lot of composers' downfall sometimes.
You just need inspiration and vision, then you organize all those great ideas with some theory and it can be shaped into a really good piece. Well, good luck~! ;)

Well, I'm always like that - random. I don't care, really. I just like messing around and being random. :heh: Well, here's the random finish product. Oh, well, I guess. I'm not really a good composer, but a fine violinist. :P

Well, to be a composer, you must try to create something that pleases not just you but your audience as well. Saying that you're random is alright, but when it comes to music, you must have a sense of musicality, not just putting random notes on Finale Notepad. If you want to continuosly upload 'random' music, and no one appreciates it but you, what's the point of uploading it? Furthermore, uploading something that you didn't try hard at won't get you any good criticisms/comments, and finally you won't be happy when people who are serious with music give you a bad feedback.
Though, one arguable point is that avant garde music is an exception, but I don't think you were going for that direction anyways.

Hmm... Like I care. I work as hard I can when it comes to this; and I'm always making a fool of myself. I could care less what people think, really I don't. Well, that's all. Give me all the negative feedback you want; you are only helping me after all... :P So, too bad for me, but like I said, I can care less, since all you're doing in helping me find ways to amke a better comp...

Well, what's the point of us giving you feedbacks if you don't even care then?

Ok everyone's being too nice...dude, if you don't care about your music, and don't care about what anyone says, then just keep your "music" to yourself and stop killing people's ears...:bleh:

Thanks, but first, another compostition that I tried to not be random on. Here. Go ahead and leave feedback if you wish. This one I looked at and corrected until I was able to FULLY enjoy it, so I hope you do, too. Well... I hope it's not too random, if random at all... <_<

Better, but random chords....
If you ever decide to compose again, ANALYZE some music. Not just play it, but find out what makes it sound so well.

You have a strange attitude. You're saying that you don't care, that makes me think that I shouldn't care either.
Writing random music and then not caring isn't going to get you anywhere. Express yourself through your compositions.

Holy...
Uh, to be a captain obvious--that title was ironic right?
Like people said, random chords. For first comps. I'd try to lighten up on large noted chords at lower pitches--it tends to get mashy. Also, learn chords. Thos were chords, but they didn't fit with what you were trying to do I bet.
"The goal to a good composition, and a composer as well, is perfection. With no perfection, there is no music."
