You guys have seen the teaser, and the trailer, so what's your prediction for the movie?
Here's my prediction.
Spiderman is finally getting the praise he deserves. As well, Mary Jane and Peter are getting closer to one another, after dating for a while, Peter thinks its time to marry her.
However, JJ is mad at Peter, since he stole his son's wife. So he fires Peter, who gets a job at a research lab. JJ, also hires Eddie Brock to follow Peter Parker around, and find out why Mary Jane left JJ's son at the alter. As well, he gets Eddie to try and sabotage their relationship.
Meanwhile, Pre-Sandman escapes from prison, and while escaping, he breaks into the physics lab and accidently transforms himself into Sandman. He is now on the loose. Harry Teams up with Sandman, and also implants the information that Sandman is the "real" killer of Ben Parker.
Spiderman finds out from the police guy (which is where he also meets Gwen Stacy, as she is his daughter), and tries to kill Sandman, but fails, as it was all but a trap. Spiderman is defeated, and on the night that Peter is supposed to propose to Mary Jane, Harry comes out, and attacks Peter using Goblin/Oscorp Gear.
Eddie Brock sorta hooks up with Gwen Stacy too.
Peter is almost defeated, because he doesn't want to hurt Harry. So he escapes, albiet injured. That night, while lying in his bed, some stuff from peter's research lab was accidently brought home, and was on Peter's home clothes.
While he is sleeping, still in his spidey costume from exhasution, the symbiote, aka stuff on his clothes clings onto him and transforms him into blackspiderman. He wakes up and finds himself hanging upsidedown.
Blackspiderman influences Peter, and makes him cheat on Mary Jane with Gwen Stacy, as well, defeat Sandman, and kill Harry.
However, Eddie Brock finds out about Peter and Gwen, and also finds out about Peter's Secret Identity. However, When He threatens Peter, since Gwen is cheating on him, Peter, under the black costume's influence puts Brock out of the job, making him lose Credibility professionaly, and loses Gwen.
As I mentioned earlier, Peter kills Harry, and as a result, realizes his actions as Black Spiderman. So he tries to rip it off, and he gets it off at the top of the Church Bell Tower. The costume get off, but then goes down and gets together with Eddie Brock (Just like in the comic!)
Venom comes out, bent on revenge on Parker. Kidnaps Mary Jane (Notice in the trailer? black WEbbing? Yea I'm guessing that's his) Peter saves her, shows he doesn't need Symbiote, Apologizes to Mary Jane, proposes. The End.

with alien theory, since Jameson's son was introduced in 2nd movie)
Sandman robs bank
Evil Spidey vs. Sandman, round 2: Spidey wins (Spidey gets caught on camera
'stealing' money)
Peter starts pushing Mary Jane away to Harry, messing around with Gwen
(Eddie's gf), and pissing off Eddie (who took the picture of Spidey being a
thief)
Meanwhile, Harry has been practicing with goblin equipment
Evil Spidey humiliates Eddie
Evil Spidey thinks Harry is cheating on Mary Jane
Evil Spidey vs. Harry, round 1: Evil Spidey wins
Peter realizes error of his ways when he realizes how much he's changed and
how he's hurting the people close to him, and that he was about to lose Mary
Jane
He gets rid of symbiote, Eddie was around to uncover identity
Eddie becomes Venom
Peter tries to propose to Mary Jane, but gets into fight with Harry
Spidey (civilian) vs. Harry, round 2: Peter doesn't want to fight his best
friend and tries to convince him that he didn't kill Norman Osborn, but
Venom arrives to beats up Harry (so he can have Peter to himself), but Peter
wasn't around to see how that happened (knocked out?)
Peter sees extent of injury at hospital when he visits Harry
Venom kidnaps Mary Jane
