Despide the fact that i dont tend to favor game music, this was a definite acception. "Yume ga Owarani" is the song name and its by Yoshida Yukari, who sings this in the opening of Tales of Phantasia. I tried looking around but found absolutely nuttin on sheet music...

Isn't it called "Yume wa Owaranai" not "Yume ga Owaranai".
Did you look for the english title "The Dream will not die"?
