I thought it was a cool idea to have people share videos they found very exceptional to be put up on a list based on the composer and player. If you have links to any videos, please share with composers name, players name and song name if you can. Also, if you do contribute, please post your links in the following format[s] because it will save me time editing. I would recommend the Player format though, because theres a great chance if its in the Composer format I wont even both to make it into the Player format, let alone try and find the player [unless I like it :O]

Ahh, all the "Transcendental Etudes" by Liszt you found there. I know his interpretation of Mazeppa--I like Claudio Arrau's better, but I like Berezovsky's interpretation of Etude No. 2. His grand pauses are soo cool, and same with how he'll speed the tempo up like in the first etude.

I'll have to watch them all later. I just got done with No. 8 (Wilde Jagd) and I love his interpretation--cept his playing is kinda odd. He should connct the switching of the chords better instead of those little pauses, unneeded i think.

EDIT -

Lang Lang - Don Juan Paraphrase; Part 1 (Liszt)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8mKzbr33P4&NR

Yeah, it's a great interpretation and playing of it--too bad he's so weird to watch. No matter how concentrated you are, you always get a smile on your face from his movments and expressions. Hehe.

Thanks every, will work on editing it into the first post.

Also, if you are going to post something, please use the format I used in the first post please. It will save me a lot of time.
