I made a guitar version of Shinjistu no Uta, you can find it on my website (SODA Sheet Music).
But if you really want the piano version, I have a project to make a DAI Tribute album Piano Arrangements. I think I'll play my favorite songs from DAI and Tomiko Van, arranged by myself. I think I'll make easier arrangements in order that more ppl can play them. And I'll make the sheet music for each of them.
Shinjitsu no Uta is one of my favorites... so it will be in the album ;)

lol Sorry I don't know since I'm really busy for my website this moment.
Maybe this end of month or in February. I'm thinking of evoluting my website to create some kind of Transcriber Center, so when I will start to transcribe it, it will be listed there.
