Mostly for piano of course, being the most commonly played instrument. I think. For flute music, rachels_flute has a thread for flute requests.
Flutes can play piano parts, though just the main melody without all the chords, extra clefs and such. Also, a fair amount of sheet music has vocal, violin etc. accompaniments that you could probably play on the flute. I've done that before. It works.
