When I write sheet music, I'm currently using Finale NotePad 2007. However, there are a lot of things (like changing cleffs or key signatures) that Finale won't let me do. Does anyone know a better music writing program? (Yes, I AM willing to pay money for the program)

You could always purchase the Finale 2006(? - I forget which one that my orchestra teacher uses) or Finale Allegro.

Does it allow key and cleff changes?

Overture is a very good program to write music. Although the program itself is quite expensive. I believe about several hundreds despite that it seems extremely simple. I can give you the link to download it if you'd like. Please pm me (I don't go on here often).
