I've finally finished sorting and uploading pictures from my Hawaii trip, and I figured A/G was a good place to share them ^_^

oh, and secret falls was amazing... gotta kayak up wailua then go on a 2-mile extremely muddy hike... :D well worth it tho

wow...that nut finch is one hellofa bird&#33; :o

just looked at all the oahu ones... is that north shore or hanauma bay? looks like kualoa as well... the pics are real nice. reminds me of the pics my mom takes when we go to the beach... she likes the sunsets... they&#39;re so amazing here... and i see that nut finch bird everyday at school (i go to school in a lush valley... -_-;;)... i wanna go to the beach now... -_-;; heh.

oh, and the leptospirosis signs are all over my school... we have a stream that goes right by it (like, we can see the stream from the cafeteria), and they dont want anyone getting leptospirosis... i dont really want a flesh eating bacteria in me, so i take heed to those signs... :heh:

haha I thought gand didn&#39;t have a beard. ANyways that picture of a seal is sad. But you have a knack for good photography.

I really liked the pics from the first four albums - kinda reminds me of those postcards you buy during vacation ( and mail back to people to invoke their jealousy XD ). I like the shots from the air the most, I guess. They look cool as my desktop background. :D

Nice pictures, I&#39;d love to go to Hawaii myself, but there is something about islands in the middle of the ocean that intimidates me. X_X

Anyway, hope I&#39;ll remember to post my pictures when I get home from Cyprus this autumn.

The seal was just resting there (not dead) - they flop up on the bach and sleep... he was gone the next day

and yep, helicopter ride over Kaua&#39;i... it was amazing and well worth the price

another edit: ok, I added some more captions to explain that the seal is NOT dead :D

That&#39;s a lot of pictures...:blink: and when I say a lot...I mean "a lot" *continues to look...picture 27 of 97(+many others)*

I took about 550, pruned down to 405... I still need to process pictures from my underwater camera (sea turtles&#33;&#33;&#33;) and stitch together some panoramas ^_^

by the time I go back I&#39;ll make sure you have purchsed a nice digital SLR camera and a bunch of lenses... my camera performed well, but it didn&#39;t capture the full beauty of the place

although, I don&#39;t know if any camera can do that... you have to see it to belive it ^_^

Just got my snorkeling pictures back from development&#33; the quality wasn&#39;t great, but I guess it&#39;s about what you&#39;d expect from a &#036;12 camera underwater. Next time I&#39;m spending the &#036;99 on a case for my digicam :D
