You should've looked around more, lol. In my opinion, Kontakt Gold Player isn't a good sample library. If you're into orchestral and band stuff (and have a low budget), you should check out GPO or GPMB. www.garritan.com If you're into more synthy stuff, there's other options like Sampletank, and etc...

well, the version of kontakt sibelius that I...uh..."acquired" doesn't come with any samples at all. I do, however, have the .NKS file for kontakt player silver (sib edition). I was wondering...is there a way to extract the .wav samples out of the NKS file?
