Hello, I don't really have much to do this month and thought I'd like to try transcribe something aurally. Since it's my first time it'll probably be simple (melody with some chords perhaps) or if you would like me to arrange something for different instruments I can transpose/arrange for most instruments apart from percussion. If anyone has any requests?

If you could please transcribe Victory from Naruto for the violin.

Hello, and welcome!
I've got some songs I'd like the melody transcribed for :D You've got a private message.

Can you do piano for Loop and Blaze from Tsubasa Chronicle? It would be most appreciated.

Ok! Starting Victory now and will get to the others when I've finished that. I heard Victory for the first time and I really like it. Thank you for requesting, hopefully it'll help me improve.
Also, they'll probably be in bmp or sib format since I'm using Sibelius. If someone could tell me how to get mus or pdf files or any good programs that would be great, thanks
Edit: Done! A welcoming gift for Sparky to Ichigo's forums. The first one is up an octave from what I hear except for the first note (just because I like the way it sounds) and I've also added another optional violin part since I felt like it. Victory II is the same as the first one but without the extra part and in the original octave.
I like this song, I think maybe when I have some time I'll arrange it for a string quartet. heh
Ok, next up, Eternal Blaze

Yup, definitely a good job :D
You can create .mus files using Finale Notepad (http://www.finalemusic.com/notepad)-- it's an entirely different notation program though, and I'm not sure if there's an easy way to convert .mus<-->.sib, so you might want to stick with Sibelius if you're comfortable with it already.
There are lots of free programs out there for creating PDF files, here are two to start with... just pick whatever works for you
- PDF995 (http://www.pdf995.com)
- CutePDF (http://www.cutepdf.com)
Looking forward to more transcriptions from you :D

Done Eternal Blaze! :) Sorry for the delay, it turns out I had to be somewhere yesterday.
T'was kind of tricky and I guessed most of it but I hope it's ok :heh: If there are any errors in the repeats please tell me.
I'll start Brand New Breeze tonight and then the Tsubasa pieces after that.

Would you be able to do Yokusoku from Elfen Lied, for violin and piano? Or, change the violin part to flute if you can, but I can read off the violin part if it's too much of a hassle, since I read violin music half the time anyways. ^^;
