I was wondering if anyone here has any info for me. I can read bits and parts of piano music sheets but I still can't all of it and some of the notes I have no clue what they mean. So I hope someone can give me some tips or anything to help me read the notes better. Thanks.

^ Practice. That's how I did it, at least. Do you know note names?

It depends on what you have problems with, do you have problems reading one of the staffs? (Treble/bass)
Do you mean you have problems reading Sharps and Accidentals? (b and #)
Anyways, for the first one:
Treble staff is easy, the second line from the bottom is a G, 2 lines lower E, 2 lines below that C, 2 lines above the G is a B and the one between the 3rd and 4th line is a C again.
The bass is basicly the same, but the 4th line from the bottom is an F, from there on you could figure everything out.
Accidentals/Sharps:
# means it's a half note higher (C becomes C#, G becomes G#, the C# and G# are both black keys, but when you use B#, there's no black key next, means it's just the C (B#=C))
b means it's a half note lower (A becomes Ab, B becomes Bb, both black keys again, C becomes B, etc.)

lol, once you pick up the basics of the stave, then you should have to problem reading the actual notes. To do side reading, (or play the note you saw from the sheet directly), is something you learn in piano lesson from grade 1 to 8 (Trinity) because there are many elements and techniques in playing a piano piece that you have to get familiar over a period of practice. (I'm still on 5th Grade with my evil piano teacher).
Is there a shortcut to get better at piano side reading? I don't think there is, but does anyone have some shortcut to side reading? (lol, I would love to know)

This is REALLY the wrong forum! This should be posted in music discussion!
Just practice practice practice with your sight reading skills. Start out easy, though, and just make sure you keep going (no stopping to fix missed notes) no matter what.

If you ask me, Side reading and composition is what musician spend a life time on, so don't expect it will happen overnight.
Hard working is the key! (oh, and listen to you piano teacher, no matter how evil he or she is)

a. Be More Specific! What do you mean by you don't understand? Be more specific and then people can help you.
b. Yeah this should be in the music discussion forums instead.
