Recently I started using Finale NotePad 2007 and I really like this program, but I have a question (and I hope there ARE people who use Finale): I don't see the option to convert written sheets in some usable format (picture or pdf), is there any way to do that? I've seen a lot of sheets which looked like they were written in Finale, but I don't see the way to do that. There's only an option to print sheets immediately.

I use Broadgun to convert my sheets to pdf. Once installed Chooose Broadgun under the pull down section to where you want to print your music. A pdf file will then be generated. Oh, and you do need Adobe Acrobat to read the pdfs aswell.

Yeah and you can turn it into a midi file if you want to listen to it on Windows media player. By the way, Is Finale 2007 out yet?

I'm working in Finale NotePad 2007. But I don't see how I can convert sheets into midi there.
And I have a problem with pdfMachine :( I turned my sheets into pdf, but when I tried to open it with Adobe Acrobat, error message appeared, something about "reading error" :( What should I do?

With Finale, I know you can turn it into midi. Click on Save as. Under the title of the piece, it should say save type and you can choose midi. i will check tonight
