I believe the same melody is also in the movie Casshern.

I attempted a piano arrangment of this by ear but gave up when I couldn't find anything good to go with the chorus. And AFAIK, this song is not in the movie Casshern

I FOUND IT!! after almost 5 years of searching for it, i finally found it on a Chinese site. lol. You need Overture to read/print it though. Had to play a few different notes to make it sound even more like the actual song but it's a pretty good transcription.
