You really don't need to add eighth notes in almost every single measure ;) .

ok...just downloaded 07 so i can listen to ppls finales. anyways on to the song. Its not hard to notice that at some points of the song you just clicked and thought that it would all sound good toghether. Unfortunatly that doesnt work. I went through a stage of that also. you need to think about some melodys in your head first and figure out your rhythem then place the notes where they need to be.

Stick with only Piano. Orchestration is tough, and one of the rules of orchestration is to NEVER double harp and piano (harp is "soft" while piano is all "bangy"- two complete opposites).
