This game is gonna be ultra kickars to the max since the director of DMC 1 has made it XD

I'm extremely happy Capcom decided to not make Leon shirtless in Resident Evil 4 as well...

The trailer looks awesome, I just hope they resore the series to its former glory. They have a long way to go after DMC2.

Yeah DMC2 was an utter flop compaired to the first one....there was no story...it was short...there was no story...and it was toooooooo short...

It was too easy to get stylish combos, all you had to do was jump around a lot avoiding attacks and I didn't like the way that the amulet had been added as well as the menus all looking so out of place

Well, when I first picked up DMC, I was obssesed with it, and I was really good at it. It had beautiful graphics, awesome cinemas, great music, and some interesting moves.

Then I picked up DMC2, and I find that I'm using my sword more than my gun. The music was okay, and it had some really neat cinemas, but....the gameplay was just screwed up. There were some glitches with the bosses, and as mentioned earlier the storyline was pure crap.

Now we move to Devil May Cry 3. At first glance, the graphics are nice, and the gameplay looks more fun. There looks to be a VERY interesting storyline, and if the first 2 had good music, this would should as well. Also, it has a more.....homely look. Not wandering around cities, its more....enclosed, so theres more of a haunted look. I mean, I prefir it like DMC1 where I go to room to room, unsure of what I'll find. The big city in DMC2 ruined that feel, but it looks like the feel will be brought back in DMC3.

I think we can all expect some great things from this game. Anyone have an idea of when it will be released?

no, very weird cause it doesnt even have a website and from the trailer it looked like they were very far of making the game

yea i see that bout 3 weeks ago it looks so heavy. I cant wait. although the 1 you showed was low res and its really jagged so heres one with high res and it runs smoothly as a babys bottom

it wouldn't surprise me if capcom is also gonna release it on xbox, cauz seeing the hi res movie makes the graphics come out ten times better and i cant remember dmc 1 and 2 looking far that good just like the rest the of ps2 games

most of the press is not very enthusiastic about DMC3 cause it looks too much like DMC2 so they all think its just a cheap project...

man I sure hope not that dmx 3 is a prequel on dmc 2 cauze i havent played cauze it sucked and that's why i dont know the story behind it

DMC3 is the prequel to DMC1, and Cerberus is the guard dog of Hell.

man somehow i can play devil may cry 1 at any time... its just so addicting and there always cooler moves or combo's to assasinate the whole room youre in atm :D

I really didn't find Devil May Cry all exciting. The day I got it was also the last day I played it. I think it is rather overrated myself.

But im not here to bash the series. Just stating my opinion.

The new game looks like a slight improvement...except the shirtless aspect. May be a stint to make more female gamers play?

DMC was really good.. the first time i played it i actually got confused over with resident evil or something.. =_= scared out of my wits when a marionette attacked me.. of course, after the first swing.. all the tension flies away XD

DMC2.. played for 5 secs then i gave the controller to my brother. he still plays it after 6 months

DMC3.. is another large dent in my budget
