I just started playing, i'm in a local band but i haven't even gotten to a "lesson" yet (sorry for my poor english).

Most of the anime sheets around here are for piano. Is there a way to interpretate them with my tenor sax (getting the main melody out of them I guess?) apart from trial and error?

(on piano sheets there are two pentagrams one for each hand right?, does one hand have the main melody perhaps?)
