I really liked this. It was very catchy. I especially liked measures 29-33 and 41-44, mainly because I love high flute notes (I'm weird like that.) But anyway, great job.

Orchestration Issues:
You have Trombone, Baritone Sax, and Bass Clarinet in the beginning in Unison. It's probably best to put Bass Cl. an octave lower there, since Bass Cl. is usually in unison with a Tuba. Meas. 36-37, the Alto Sax harmonies DID NOT work well at all (put it in Concert Pitch, you'll see why). Same with the last two measures.
Some instruments need SLURRING marks!
There is also a serious lack of long tones. Meas. 10-12 had a lack of variety. Add some crescendos, you're heading to a new phrase after these measures.
Assuming you're a beginner, the notes at meas. 27 do not work; first of all, Bass Cl. on high notes (D and above) do not work well; it takes a lot of practice. Not even I'm ready for that stuff yet :P . Note that I'm a Bass Cl. player myself.
(Sorry for being picky... :P).
